Most prompt packs give you a thousand loose prompts. You try ten, get generic text and give up. This system is different: it is the workflow we use to produce Shorts every day, split into steps where each step has one job and a clear output.

What's inside

File	What it does
01-Prompt-Chain.md	8 prompts used in order: brief → 20 ideas → 10 hooks → script with retention beats → on-screen text → title & hashtags → batch week → 7-day review. Plus a bonus prompt to cut long videos into Shorts.
02-Text-Card-Maker.html	Open in any browser. Type one line per card, pick a style (Title, Label, Quote, Number, Step, Caption) and download transparent PNGs ready to drop on your video. Auto-fits font size. Works offline.
03-Hook-Formulas.csv	100 hook formulas in 10 categories with an example for each. Open in Excel / Google Sheets / Notion.
04-Content-Tracker.csv	Import into Notion or Google Sheets. One row per Short: hook, formula, stats after 24 h and 7 days, lesson learned.
05-Publish-Checklist.md	60-second check before you hit publish.

Your first Short in 30 minutes

Prompt 0 – describe your channel once (niche, viewer, tone). 3 min.
Prompt 1 – get 20 ideas, pick one ★. 3 min.
Prompt 2 – get 10 hooks, pick the one you'd stop scrolling for. 3 min.
Prompt 3 – full script, check every [VERIFY]. 5 min.
Prompt 4 – on-screen text plan. Paste the text column into the Text Card Maker, download PNGs. 5 min.
Record / edit, drop the PNGs on the timeline. 10 min.
Prompt 5 – title, description, hashtags, pinned comment. Run the checklist, publish.

The step that makes it work: after 7 days, paste your real numbers into Prompt 7. The AI tells you which hooks kept people watching and gives you 5 new ideas that copy the pattern of your best Short. That feedback loop is what no static prompt list can do.

Text cards

Big, clean text boxes are the cheapest way to make a Short look produced. The Text Card Maker exports each line as a PNG with a transparent background, sized for a 1080×1920 vertical video.

Write one word in CAPS to highlight it in the accent colour (e.g. "Stop doing this with your SAVINGS").
QUOTE style: text | source – the source appears under the quote.
STEP style: start the line with "Step 1:" – the number goes into a round badge.
CAPTION style: outlined text without a box, for punchy words over footage.
Presets: Bold red, Clean white, Dark + yellow, Mint – or pick your own brand colours.

Placement rules

Keep text out of the bottom 20 % and right 15 % – app buttons and captions cover it.
One card at a time. Show it for at least 1.5 s per 5 words.
Animate cheaply: scale from 90 % → 100 % in 0.15 s when it appears. Every editor can do this.

FAQ

Other languages? Set the language in Prompt 0. The Text Card Maker supports any font installed on your computer.

Can I use the PNGs commercially? Yes – everything you create with the system is yours.
